Company Policy

The standards we hold ourselves to.

Free for tenants, always. We do not charge tenants any fee at any stage — not for shortlisting, not for viewings, not for lease negotiation, and not at signing. Our income comes from a standard letting fee paid by the landlord or building upon successful completion of a lease. This is disclosed to all clients upfront.

No undisclosed conflicts of interest. If we have any commercial relationship with a landlord beyond a standard letting fee, we will always disclose it. We do not accept retainers, exclusivity arrangements, or premium placement fees from any building on our platform.

Accurate information or none at all. We only list buildings we have physically inspected. Prices, floor areas, and availability are verified at the time of listing and updated when we become aware of changes. If we don't know, we say so — and find out.

Confidentiality guaranteed. Client budgets, space requirements, company plans, and personal contact information are never shared with any third party — including landlords — without explicit written consent. We do not sell leads or data.

We advise on legal risk — and refer when needed. We are commercial property consultants, not lawyers. We will flag legal risk in any lease we review, and for complex situations — particularly FDI registrations, multi-floor leases, or cross-border structures — we refer clients to trusted Vietnamese law firms we work alongside.
